Graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where she focused on labour law and industrial relations, completing her thesis in Collective Bargaining Law.

Subsequently, she has engaged in both judicial and extrajudicial activities in various areas of civil law, including private and public labour law, corporate consulting, contract law, family law, and execution procedures.

She specialized in labour law by obtaining a second-level Master's degree in Legal Advisor & HR Management from LUISS School of Law. Her thesis focused on "Labour Law and the Protection of Worker Privacy."
