Since 2013, he has been collaborating with the Marazza & Associates Law Firm, where, in conjunction with his academic pursuits, he has solidified his professional experience in the field of labour law. He is involved in both judicial and extrajudicial assistance and legal consultancy related to issues in labour law, union law, and social security law.

As part of a broader commitment to addressing all aspects of labour law, he has achieved a significant and recognized level of ultra-specialization in privacy matters, with a particular focus on the regulation and dissemination of new ICT technologies.
