Lwy. Fabio D'Aversa

Adjunct professor of Labor Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and LUISS University in Rome. Research fellow in Labor Law and PhD in “Private autonomy, business, labor, and the protection of rights from a European and international perspective” at the University of Rome La Sapienza after obtaining a Level II Master's Degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the same university.

Since 2013, he has been working with the firm, becoming a partner at Marazza & Associati in 2025. In conjunction with his university studies, he has consolidated his professional experience in the field of labor law, providing both judicial and extrajudicial assistance and legal advice on issues relating to labor law, trade union law, and social security law.

As part of his ongoing engagement with all issues related to labor law, he has developed a significant and recognized level of ultra-specialization in privacy, with a particular focus on the regulation and dissemination of new ICT technologies.
